APSB is proposing to develop Vaccines Innovation Technology Center (VITC) as the strategic Center of Excellence in vaccine innovation and manufacturing for Malaysia.
VITC shall be a modern advanced facility that is able to meet any local current needs for vaccines as well as having the capacity to be expanded over time to address global market demand and attend to possible pandemic in the future.
This new Center of Excellence will be the national innovation and manufacturing facility for vaccines and associated pharmaceutical products for Malaysia and the global commercial market.
