Scope of work

  1. Prepare analysis on market requirement
  2. Analyse the competition to create plan for engagement
  3. Meet the sales target/quota set by the company
  4. Market Company’s existing products
  5. Recruit new business – public and private healthcare facilities/ Concession Companies
  6. Conduct presentations for doctors or health executives about company’s medical device offerings.
  7. Maintain contract records, taking orders, surveying client option and monitoring competitor activity
  8. Build positive working relationships with medical staff to reach or exceed sales targets.

Job Requirement

  1. Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree preferably in a business discipline or any other related disciplines;
  2. 8 – 10 years relevant experience preferably in sales and marketing environment with last 5 years in a managerial capacity (Manager position);
  3. Good interpersonal and communication skills;
  4. Ability to start work immediately is an advantage;
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Power point, Excel, Words);
  6. Engineer/Executive, Sales must possess hands-on /field experience in sales and experience in medical device sales is an advantage;
  7. Possess own transport and valid driving license and willing to travel as and when required;
  8. Able to work independently and requires minimal supervision from the superior.
