Personal Assistant to Financial Controller


Responsibilities

  • In charge in general administrative duties for Financial Controller (FC).
  • Manage all FC activities including but not limited to: conference calls, meetings, appointments calendar, travel and accommodation arrangement.
  • Prepare and produce minute of meeting for meetings held by FC in a timely manner.
  • Track and manage actions and deadlines given by FC to others.
  • Manage all incoming items (memos, reports, mail, official letters and staff items) into FC Office.
  • Responsible for producing reports assigned by FC.
  • Filing, preparation, distribution of supportive documentations, notes and other correspondence.
  • Deal with matters requiring attention, or refer them to the appropriate person in the absence of the FC.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the Management.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
  • Excellent in Microsoft Office Applications especially in Excel Microsoft Office.
  • Able to meet tight deadlines. 
  • Independent, good time management and able to multi-task.
  • Good interpersonal skill, communication, planning and technical skills to execute work assigned.
  • Computer literate.
