Executive, Training


Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating and facilitating all training activities of the Company i.e internal training and external training including the responsibility as training moderator.
  • Maintain all related training documentations in accordance to requirement of ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and OHSAS 18001 including preparation and issuance of memo, contract bond issuance before training, printing of certificates and others.
  • Update training database timely.
  • Record all training attendance in training database for Training Record.
  • Update training activity / status on monthly basis through monthly report.
  • Assist Head, Training in preparation of the yearly training schedule planner for Management approval and distribution.
  • Assist in completing the documentation for examination in collaboration with Certification Body.
  • Involved in the Internal Audit related activity.
  • Perform all other tasks as assigned by the Management.

Requirements

  • Possess at least Diploma / Degree in Administrative / Management / Communication or any related field.
  • At least 4-5 years direct experience in heading/leading human resources unit/department (staff career development / proposed development)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Powerpoint, Excel, Words, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and result oriented.
  • Must be matured, self-motivated and willing to work under pressure.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with all levels of management and operational employees.
  • Possess own transport and valid driven license and willing to travel as and when required. 
  • Able to write and communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
