Job Responsibilities: 

• Monitor the hospital in-coming electrical supply.
• Operate the electrical standby generator system.
• Perform repair and maintenance and preventive maintenance works.
• Assist in training for user in electrical safety, safe operation of electrical facilities accessible to them.
• Adhere to Health, Safety and Environment procedures while performing duties.
• Ensure all relevant laws, statues and regulations relating to electrical systems and installation are complied with.
• Assist in updating computer management and information system.
• Maintain cleanliness of plant rooms and workshop facility.
• Ensure maintenance tools and equipment are calibrated and kept tidy and in place after use.
• Be 24 hours on-call duty as directed.
• Cary out other duties as instructed by the Management.

Requirements: 

• Possess at least a Certificate of Competency as a Chargeman (Low Tension, Grade A4-1) from Suruhanjaya Tenaga Malaysia. 
• At least one year experience in electrical works and equipment maintenance and installation.
• Must be self-motivated and willing to work under pressure.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Computer literate.
