Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in payroll process
- Maintain payroll records and filing
- Well verse with statutory requirements and timely monthly submission of payments to the statutory bodies
- Prepare and submit reports with payroll information to Head
- Assist in recruitment process
- Assist in handling expatriates / foreign workers in relation to work permit application and renewal
- Assist and manage income tax for foreigners
- Liaise and communicate with Immigration / Inland Revenue Board / EPF and Labour Office for any HR matters
- Assist in processing staff monthly claim
- Assist in to arrange the PPE and tools for new staff
- Assist in HR matter as and when required
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least Diploma / Degree in Human Resource / Administrative or any related field.
- At least 1 year direct experience in human resource and administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Power point, Excel, Words, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and result oriented.
- Must be matured, self-motivated and willing to work under pressure.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with all levels of management and operational employees.
- Possess own transport and valid driven license and willing to travel as and when required.
- Able to write and communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
