Responsibilities:
- Performs assigned planned maintenance, installations, repairs, adjustments, calibrations, and safety testing on diagnostic imaging equipment.
- Troubleshoot and analyse problems with imaging equipment
- Prepare technical report and provide technical recommendations as required.
- Comply with company policies and follow operational standard operating procedures and work flow in relation to ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and OHSAS 18001 certifications.
- Provide consistent feedback to hospital’s users departments.
- Maintain a good service relationship with customers.
- Responsible to adhere to all related legal requirements under the medical imaging services.
- Services imaging equipment in assigned geography which may include any of following modalities: conventional x-ray, R&F, tomography, mammography, ultrasound.
- Monitors and maintains quality control of services provided by outside vendors.
Requirements:
- Possess at least Diploma or Degree in Biomedical Engineering / Medical Electronic / Electronic Engineering / Electrical Engineering or other related disciplines.
- At least three or more year experience in these areas: General X-Ray, Mobile X-Ray, Fluoroscopy, Mammography and Ultra Sound Scanners.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
- Must be self-motivated and willing to work under pressure.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Computer literate.
- Strong teamwork and ability to build rapport at different levels within organization.
